Jess Folley from Team Pixie was crowned the first ever winner of ITV’s The Voice Kids UK last year. With a rendition of Jess Glynne’s Ain’t Got Far To Go, she persuaded Pixie Lott & Danny Jones to turn their red chairs. For her final performance, she belted out Beyoncé’s Love On Top, and scored highest votes. The 15-year-old, who hails from Essex, regularly performed across her home county during last few years prior to appearing in the show. She was awarded £30,000 bursary, along with a once-in-a-lifetime family holiday to Disneyland Paris.

What is she up to now?

It’s already been more than a year since she was crowned the first-ever champion of The Voice Kids UK and fans are searching her whereabouts. More recently, she dropped her first single, Chasing Shadows in July. She returned to The Voice Kids UK this year for the live final, where she performed her newly released single.

Along with starting her career, she is currently in the middle of studying for her GSCEs. Her fans absolutely loved her single and are looking forward to her next pop banger. She told Metro, “I’ve been spending any time I can find writing songs so I’m really hoping to share more original music soon. I also want to perform as much as possible as nothing beats singing live.”

She is active on social media and often updates about her performances too. As per her Instagram post, she is seemingly dating a musician, Ben Page. On her recent Instagram post, she has hinted about her upcoming song with fellow The Voice Kids UK contestant, Erin LeCount.
