Rachel India True is one the most acclaimed American actresses as well as television actresses known to the world today. Born on the 15th of July, 1966, she earned her recognition as an actress for her unseen-in-reality performance as Mona Throne in the famous TV drama series Half & Half that had a record airing of all 33 episodes and needless, she was the part to all of the episodes.
