Ming Tsai :: Biographhy
An American restaurateur, television personality and celebrity chef of fusion cuisine, ‘Ming Tsai’ was born on March 29, 1964 in Newport Beach, California. He celebrates his birthday on March 29 every year with his family. Ming has both American and Chinese nationality. Currently, he is hosting Ming’s Quest which is a cooking show featured on the Fine Living Network and ‘Simply Ming’ which is broadcasted on American Public Television. He was raised in Dayton, Ohio where he studied at The Miami Valley School. He was also helpful to his parents Stephen and Iris in running their family restaurant, Mandarin Kitchen. Later he joined Yale University and completed his graduation with a degree in mechanical engineering. He also became a member of the Phi chapter of the Delta Kappa Epsilon Fraternity. Tsai holds his master’s degree in hotel administration and hospitality marketing from the Cornell University.
