Lane Garrison Biography
Lane Edward Garrison is an aspiring American actor who was born on the 23rd of May in the year 1980 and is mainly known for the role which he had done in the television series of Prison Break. He did the role of David “Tweener” Apolskis. Some of his other renowned movies also includes Camp X-Ray where he played along with Kristen Stewart. The movie was recently released in the Sundance Film Festival and got the distributing hands from the IFC Films. The movie is said to be released in 2014 in the late season. Garrison was born in Dallas, Texas. Although he was born in Dallas he was brought and raised in Richardson, Texas. He did not have good relationship with his mother which resulted him to move out of the house at the age of seventeen.
After he moved out of his house and separated from his mother he got hold with his family minister, Joe Simpson. Joe Simpson is the manager and also father of pop singers Ashlee Simpson and Jessica Simpson. Garrison went to live with Joe’s family for a year and after he completed his graduation he moved to Los Angeles. Garrison completed his graduation from the J.J. Pearce High School in the year 1998 when he was eighteen years of age. He had a dream to become an actor so in order to pursue his career he moved to Los Angeles. At the first day after he moved to L.A, he got to meet a commercial agent and he recommended Garrison to give an audition for the Eastpak Backpacks. He gave the audition and also got the act. The successful audition made him $3500. The money he got helped him for his living. The sum also got him to learn from different acting teachers. Garrison got to learn acting sessions from Joseph Reitman, Belita Moreno and also from Warner Laughlin.
Lane had got several other acting classes as well and made his breakthrough act when he got the role of David ‘Tweener’ Apolskis for the television series of Prison break. The television series was telecasted in the year of 2005 where he had featured. He has featured in about 10 movies from the year 1999 where he did his debut in 4 Faces. Then in the year 2004 and 2007 he did Quality of Life and Shooter. He played the role of Heir and Donnie in the movie respectively. He did two movies in the year 2008 which were titled Crazy and Graduation Day and had the role of Billy Garland in Crazy while he played as himself in the movie Graduation Day. His latest acts can be seen in the movie One Heart which was released in 2013. His upcoming comie with Kristen Stewart is titled as Camp X-Ray which is scheduled to be released in 2014.
Along with his acting career he faced lawsuits for different accusations. In the year 2006 during the month of December he was held responsible for a car crash. The accident resulted in a death of a teenager. The L.A County District Attorney office announced him guilty and was accused with vehicular manslaughter which had occurred under the influence of consuming alcohol. Then in the year 2007, 31st October he was turned in and the sentence was for 40 months in jail. He entered the jail premises in the month of May. The charges was for manslaughter which had occurred due to his alcohol consuming. The data revealed 0.15 percent of alcohol. Garrison was released from the jail on the month of April in the year 2009 which was for his good behavior. After he got released from the jail, he got himself associated with a rehabilitation center which was for emitting the acohol and drug abuse.
