Kevin Fitzgerald Corrigan, better known as simply Kevin Corrigan is an American actor for the big and small screen. He was born in the year 1969 and celebrates his birthday every year on March 27. He is best known for his role as Uncle Eddie on the sitcom Grounded For Life. Since the 90s, he has mostly worked in independent films and television. In the critically praised independent film, Big Fan, written and directed by Robert D. Siegel, he played the role of best-friend Sal, against Patton Oswalt.
Corrigan is a native of The Bronx, New York, United States of America as he was born and spent most of his early life there. He was welcomed to the family of an Irish father and a Puerto Rican mother. He had an early passion for acting and had begun acting and writing by the young age of 15. He studied at Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute.
Upon completing his studies there, he debuted into movie with Lost Angels Corrigan in the year 1989. A year later, he landed a minor role in Goodfellas as the younger brother of Henry Hill. The success of the film lured him into high-profile films. He appeared in films like Superbad and Pineapple Express as one of the main villain's henchmen. He also appeared in American Gangster and The Last Winter. In 2009, he appeared in the Oscar-winning short film The New Tenants and guest starred as the mysterious character Sam Weiss in the science fiction drama Fringe. In the critically praised independent film, Big Fan, he played the role of Sal. In 2010, he starred in the thriller film Some Guy Who Kills People. Besides that, he has also appeared in the music video for "Get Me" by the indie band Dinosaur Jr. in 1993.
