Tim Hasselbeck is a former American football quarterback. He celebrates his birthday every year on 6th of April and was born in the year 1978. His name at birth was Timothy Thomas Hasselbeck. He played in the NFL for seven seasons with Washington Redskins, New York Giants, Buffalo Bills and Philadelphia Eagles. Currently, he serves as the analyst for ESPN.

He was born in Norfolk, Massachusetts and was raised there for most of his early life. His is the son of Don Hasselbeck, who was the former NFL tight end for New England Patriots. His mother was Mary Beth ‘Betsy’ Rueve. He went to Xaverian Brothers High School in Westwood, Massachusetts and played high school football. The Washington Redskins signed him in 2003 and he spent two seasons as a backup quarterback. The joined the New York Giants as a backup for quarterback Eli Manning in May 2005. On being released by the Giants on September 1, 2007, he was welcomed by the Arizona Cardinals on 16 October, 2007. On September 23, 2007, he made his first television debut for the Fox Channel, announcing the Arizona Cardinals-Baltimore Ravens game for NFL. He has worked for the SportsNet New York Network, ESPN and Sirius NFL Radio as the television sports analyst. At the moment, he works as the fantasy football analyst, co-hosting Fantasy Football Now on ESPN.com and ESPN2.
