Mark Alan Dacascos is an American actor and also martial arts professional. He is known only as Mark Dacascos in his career life. He has been engaged in karate and kung fu since his childhood and also has won many titles and championships from the age of 7 and 18. He was born on the 26th of February 1964 in Honolulu, Hawaii. His father is also a martial arts instructor who is from Hawaii while his mother’s ancestors come from Japan. He went to the Los Angeles Valley College and also attended the State University in Portland, Oregon. He also achieved some knowledge in Muay Thai.

He was noticed by assistant director Chris Lee while he was walking down the street of Chinatown located in San Francisco. Chris Lee was accompanied by Rexall Chin. Chin also directed the movie Wayne Wang. He first established himself as a television artist showing his professionalism in martial arts. He was at first appointed to play the Bio-Man which was produced by Haim Saban but the movie did not took pace. He made his first role in the movie Only the Strong which was released in the year 1993. Mark played the role of Louis as a master of some failures. In the movie he teaches the failures some Brazilian martial arts which is based on the West Martial art. It is signified that the martial art is brought up by the slaves. In the upcoming year he also did a movie Double Dragon. The movie was originally a game and then turned into movie. Actors of the movie Party of Five, Scott Wolf also starred in the movie.

Although he played the role Kaga and Mark have no relation to each other. He has also appeared in many movies including Brotherhood of Wolf, Cradle 2 the Grave and Crying Freeman. He had played the role opposite off Jet Li. He also had given his voice to some video games and also featured in the games. He contributed his voice in Stranglehold while he did the live acting for the game Wing Commander IV: The Price of Freedom. Mark is currently recreating the version of The Chairman in the game version of Iron Chef. The game is supposed to be developed for the Wii. For his career act he has been nominated for the Best Supporting Actor in the year 2002 which was organized by the Saturn Award. The award nomination was for the role in the movie Brotherhood of the Wolf. He has also featured in the television show series of The Crow: Stairway to Heaven which is the summarization of the movie The Crow which was released in the year 1994.

He had also appeared in the television show for the children Kamen Rider: Dragon Knight where he did the role of Eubulon where he is known as the Advent Master who is the adviser of Kamen Riders and also the creator of the Advent Decks he also did the role of Wo Fat as the repeating cast on the CBS channel based program, Hawaii Five-0. He represented as Kung Lao in the second series which was uploaded in the Youtube and was titled as Mortal Kombat: Legacy. Talking about his personal life he got married to Julie Condra who is also connected to the film industry and also an actress. She had also done a movie with him, Crying Freeman. The couple has got three children, two elder sons and a younger daughter. The children are named Makoa, Kapono and Noelani.
