Born in 1952 Robert Quinlan “Bob” Costas famed as Bob Costas is sports news correspondent of American News channel NBC Sports. He is known to be one of the outstanding news casters as he has anchored Olympics for 9 times. Bob was born to engineer father John George Costas and mother Jayne Quinlan in New York. He mentioned he had weak relationship with his father. He graduated from Commack High School South before being plunged from Syracuse University while studying Communications. But later he acquired nominal degree from S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications.
Moving on to his personal life, he while in his university days hosted negligible hockey team Syracuse Blazers. He then moved to KMOX Radio as play presenter American Basketball Association playing team Spirits of St. Louis in 1974 as well as presented call-in program Open Line.
