Adam Arkin is an American actor who is also engaged in the television movies, shows and also is a stage actor. Arkin was born on the 19th of August in the year of 1956. His notable works can be seen in the movie Chicago Hope where he played the role of Aaron Shutt. His some other great works is also considered the role of Tony in the movie I Hate Helmet which earned him the nomination for the Best Actor in the year of 1991. He also got nominated 3 times for the Emmy awards while he got 4 nominations for the Chicago Hope which was done by the 4 SAG Awards and also a DGA Award for the movie My Louisiana Sky. He was born in Brooklyn, New York and is also the son of Alan Arkin. Alan Arkin is the Oscar winning actor in his time.
He started off his career from the television as he first featured as a guest in the television show Happy Days in the episode 185 in the year of 1975. The show, Happy days also has won a award and also has been nominated for many awards. He then starred as Lenny Markowitz which was also his first appearance in the television. He had the main character in the comedy show which was titled Busting Loose. The show was telecasted in 1997. After his central role in the show he then appeared in many other television shows. Some of the shows are The Twilight Zone which was in the year 1986. Arkin also featured in the CBS series of Northern Exposure which got telecasted from the year 1990 to 1995.
